Users are assured full unlimited access to their own Projects at all times during their valid Membership period. Projects will be retained in the Estimator’s Buddy database for a period of two years after last activity date, regardless of membership status. Users understand they are leasing a service, not purchasing a product.
Custom Material Spreadsheets and CAD/Digitizer Integration are custom services which will survive the duration of the User’s Membership, regardless of its current status.

Evidence of abuse of the software or malicious intent will result in banishment. Repeated abuse could result in Federal charges, and/or cessation of the service. Our input validation is extensive, and we have attempted to make Buddy as secure as possible. Please play nice!
